We are glad to inform you we have a new feature on our phone system where you can check or cancel any appointments you have booked with us!
You can do this 24 hours, 7 days a week by calling our usual telephone number (0161 983 9000) and listening out for the option to check and cancel appointments. This is an automated system where you will be asked to confirm your date of birth, and the system will notify you of the details of any upcoming appointments and give you the option to cancel these if they are no longer needed. This means you do not have to wait to speak to one of our receptionists, and you can call any time that is convenient for you.
