Love Being Active Week!

This #LoveBeingActive week, here’s some of our team showcasing some of their favourite ways to stay active.
Every little bit helps, including making a conscious effort to sit less – you may spot our practice manager modelling our new standing desk!
The NHS guidelines suggest 75-150 minutes of exercise a week, including 2 sessions of strength and balance work such as tai chi, bowls, yoga, dance or weights. But this week we’d love it if you joined us in just moving a little bit more in whatever way you can enjoy.
If you need some support come and see one of our Wellbeing Team who can advise you on supported or group activity in the area, including referrals to schemes at the local Life Leisure centres.
