Prior to the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend, please ensure you order all required repeat prescriptions by Wednesday 27th March to ensure they are processed in enough time. The easiest way to do this is by:
- using the NHS app
- filling out a repeat prescription request form and bringing this to the surgery. You can hand this is at reception or put it into the prescription request box outside the surgery.
For patient safety, please note we can not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
